The Electronic Commerce upgrades the Air Conditioning and Heating Industry.
The Company Inventor Air Conditioners organized the Seminar “E – Commerce and the Air Conditioning Market” in cooperation with Skroutz.gr on Saturday 8th of March at the hotel Sofitel in Athens. More than 400 market experts of the heating and air – conditioning industry attended this successful seminar.
This Seminar was designed to offer a vision in the Greek Market of Heating and Air-conditioning at a very difficult period. The speeches were comprehensive and clear, offered to the attendees’ ideas and solutions to improve their services not only online but also in their stores.
As the General Director of Inventor, George Assimakopoulos said, “Internet is a field of Sales Development and Service’s Improvement. We all use Facebook, e-mails and the Internet daily. Now, we use it to learn about, new products, new shops and to make the necessary comparisons. So, this is an essential tool for the consumer and our most potent ally to approach customers and offer our services”.
The Seminar’s speakers “E – Commerce and Air Conditioning Market” was the Commercial Director of Skroutz.gr Giota Tzavara, Genitsaridis Theodosis from the Sales Department of the site, the General Director of Inventor George Assimakopoulos, the Manager of our Technical Department Grigoris Pappas presented the company’s new models for 2014, as well as Georgia Lazaridou from Inventor’s Marketing Department. In their speeches they offered important data for the e- commerce trends in Greece gave advice and guidelines for the proper construction of an e-shop and provide with documents how important is the online presence for sales.
It is worth mentioning a few details about how customers behave today: 30% of the total purchases are through Internet, 40% of purchases that customers are making are after comparisons through Internet, 20% of the purchases are made after a visit in the physical store, while 60% of online purchases in our country are from Greek sites. The above data show clearly how important is the combination between physical and digital presence especially in the industry of heating and air conditioning markets.
The guests of the Seminar “E – Commerce and the Air Conditioning Market” left after 5 of complete training, impressed with expectations of how an inexpensive investment can upgrade their commercial activity. The vision of upgrading the Heating and Air Conditioning Market in Greece is no longer far from being a reality.
